Has Madonna's Baby Daddy Found a New Material Girl?

Not-so-little Lourdes' father, Carlos Leon, has been at his daughter's side almost every day since she's been in New York, and even more present since the drama started!
We were interested to see him clutching the hand of another female, leaving Madonna's NYC apartment after one of his daily visits with Lola earlier in the week. Spending the day with Carlos and Lourdes -- must be pretty serious!
Whaddya think, is this blonde ambitious enough to fill Madonna's shoes?
She and Carlos certainly share the same funky style...well, so do she and Lourdes for that matter!
