Madonna Collapses Onstage In Bulgaria...Twice!

Madonna may look twenty years younger in the Celebration video she released today, but it seems as though her age is finally taking it's toll on her, as she collapsed twice during her concert in Sofia, Bulgaria.
While singing Holiday she nearly fell over and had to be held up by a dancer, and The Sun has video of the scary incident. While it's not quite as dramatic as we thought, she looks totally out of it for a few seconds! Then, as she left the stage during Spanish Lesson, she passed out and fell over AGAIN, and that's when those close to her became alarmed.
A source told the newspaper:
- "Madge was really worried backstage. She had to sit down for a longer break than usual between songs. She refused to end the show or take a break after the Holiday dizzy spell. It turns out she's suffering from exhaustion. She is anaemic. She was advised to postpone the last two shows in Israel for a few days, but logistics and stubborness stopped her. She'll do them then take some rest."
Hmm, think the queen of pop will be retiring anytime soon?
She still looks great though!

Shes tired because unlike most "artists" like Britney she actually performs. She dances and sings and pours her heart and soul into her performances. She is not going to stop any time soon because she is brilliant and she is a good role model for women everywhere. We need to stop worrying about being all nice and proper and need to express ourselves, and our sexuality, no matter how old we are. She breaks all of the boundaries placed on women in our society regarding how we should act, especially at certain ages. Many people don't like her, but in the end she really doesn't give a damn.

Concert in Bulgaria was this saturday (August 29) i was there, this is not truth, everything was normal! This woman is crazy, the show was perfect, i admire her!

Alpha females rarely retire. They just pour their energy and passion into new pursuits. Did Cher retire after her farewell tour? No. She has a Las Vegas residency. When Madonna decides to stop touring, I hope she considers using her business acumen to launch her own label and develop new artists. I think she could achieve the same kind of success that Demi Moore (another alpha female) has had with her production company, Moving Pictures.

I've had dizzy and near fainting spells and it's usually because of the heat, could be low blood sugar from not eating, in her case exhaustion. It really has nothing to do with age. All she needs is a good rest for a day or two. And as one poster said, she was performing after that and was fine.

That must be the way it is for entertainers; as they age, that's still like the first time. Madonna is no different, people that once loved her,now say bad things about her. You know why? EVERYBODY is getting old and crabby. Madonna is a silly little old lady, dancing around, trying real hard to stay young, it can't be done. Actually it was part of the show. If you care to do a little research. She "faints" during the tribute to Michael Jackson...She faints when Michael appears on stage...just as a lot of his fans would do. So stop trying to make drama where there is none.
