Madonna Finally Granted Mercy

According to the UK tabs, after being turned down in her bid to adopt four-year-old Malawian Chifundo "Mercy" James, Madonna has finally convinced three appeal judges to let her take custody of the girl.
She was originally turned down due to the fact that she didn't reside in the country (although the unofficial reason may have had more to do with her lifestyle), but somehow, Madonna has found away around that law.
"All recommendations are in favour of the adoption taking place," a source tells The Sun. "Mercy should start packing her bags. She's off to America."
The official ruling is set for Sunday.
When the Material Girl wants something - she gets it!

Hate this old hag. She wouldn't stop until she got her own way. She could have adopted a different child legally. Instead she purchased the kid. Wish the old battle axe would shrivel up and disappear.
That is great. It was sad in this case to see the fake concern about Mercy from her bio dad and grandmother. Obviously they were opportunists hoping for some kind of payday as the child still remains in the orphanage. Talk is cheap obviously. Madonna never gave up on little Mercy and she will have a great life with her new family instead of growing up in an orphanage.
David will be thrilled to finally have his little sister come home!
God, I am shocked she got what she wanted!
This is about a child, not a tool!!
Who cares about whether Madonna got her own way or not? She bonded with this child and now Mercy will have a much better life. I doubt she purchased the child. If she did, the money went to build another school or help the starving people in that country.
Has anyone EVER seen Madonna play with her children?....Not so much.
Madonna is crazy plus she has no morals.

I’m glad the appellate judges favor the adoption and hope it is finalized soon. Guy lavished praise on Madonna’s mothering of their three children, Lourdes, Rocco and David. Madonna will be a loving mother to Mercy. The recent photos of Lourdes and Mercy were lovely. I think Lourdes is looking forward to having a little sister.
One thing for sure this kid cannot be uglier than EMME and MAX, JLO's spawn from the dead.
She would have gotton off cheaper by having Lourdes hide the kid in her uni-brow and shoplifting it out of the country.
