Madonna may be 51, but in this new ad campaign by Dolce & Gabbana, the pop icon still looks like she drinks from the fountain of youth. Sure, photoshop comes in handy ... but you have to admit, she's still a knockout.
Striking several sexy poses in black and white, Madonna recreates classic Italian scenes for the fashion label's Fall Winter 2010/2011 collection.
