Back in November, we told you that Madonna would appear in the 2009 Louis Vuitton ad campaign, and here are the pics! The material girl looks super hot, but the best part for her has got to be the reported $10 million she's getting paid for the ads! And the free bags can't hurt either!

Two months ago I saw some untouched pictures of her face close up. She looks real old. Lots of rinkles, heavy crows feel. And her mouth was hanging down loke old ones do. She does NOT look like those pictures above in real life. Those pictures have been photoshoped to death. And she had another face lift about a year ago also.
