She mistook the horse for a real man & the horse threw her stinkin ass off!!! We all know her judgement is way off, but damn girl, what did you expect to happen? I saw the photos this guy took in the NY Post. Funny enough, they were taken THROUGH A BUSH while she was riding. THE PHOTOS ARE EDGED BY FOLIAGE FROM THE BUSH! And he expects us to believe he took those pictures FROM BEHIND A BUSH just like she said he did, and that he conveniently left and only RETURNED TO TAKE PICTURES OF HER LAYING ON THE GROUND AT THE SCENE OF THE FALL THROUGH THE SAME BUSH AGAIN? Oh no, I’m sorry…you took the pictures from the street while wearing a tree costume, then, right? The photog is so obviously lying; had he just kept his photos to himself, he could have perhaps pulled off his lie, but no…he STILL had to sell the photos cuz he wanted the cash for them and voilà, there’s the evidence against him.

I am good friends with the photographer in question and there is NO WAY he caused an accident. He isn't even a pap. He is a serious photographer who occasionally gets shots of celebrities if he knows they are in the area. Gotta make a living somehow, right? He doesn't follow them around or stalk them for hours. Madonna is totally embarrassed to have fallen off a horse again and it was easy to blame this guy. But, I swear on anything he was not the cause of her accident. And, in response to the poster who says that the shots in the POST were taken from behind a bush - well, it all depends on which lens you are using. He prob. used a telephoto lens and zoomed in on Madonna from the street. And, yes, there might have been a few bushes, trees in the foreground. So what? Still could have taken the shots from the street.

I saw the photos. She is not looking ahead as she should be in some of them which indicates she is offguard if her horse does anything. Her riding position is wrong - too forward so her heels cannot be down to anchor her body - if the horse spooked even a litle she is in a position to fall off easily.
