David Goes For A Stroll

One of our cameramen spotted Madonna's nanny and bodyguard taking her adopted son David out for a stroll on Friday afternoon. We sure hope all the controversy to spring up around the Material Girl isn't affecting her son too much - when a family goes through a patch like this, it's always the children who suffer the most!

This is a form of child abuse, the nanny told the baby "put your head down, cover your face" so they cant see you.
