What a lucky girl! Lourdes Leon is tagging along with mom Madonna for her Sticky & Sweet world tour, and the latest stop is Rome. The jetsetting pre-teen was spotted near the Palazzo Ferrini minus the material girl, but she seemed to be doing just fine without her!
Mama Madonna performs tonight at the Olympic Stadium in the Eternal City.

Madonna cares about no one but herself. Poor kid is, I'm sure, used to being left alone. Lourdes should be in school living a normal life NOT following Madge around the world as a sideshow. I feel so sorry for this lovely girl.
