Or perhaps she's so radiant and refreshed because she just had a relaxing spa session? Either way, Mandy looked like she was on cloud nine yesterday afternoon when snapped her at a local spa, and she even flashed us a megawatt smile before she hopped into her Prius.

Hey, with a catch like Ryan Adams, can you blame her?

Mandy Moore married her rocker boyfriend Ryan Adams on Tuesday, X17online has confirmed.

Mandy and her man reportedly had a smallish, low-key ceremony with just their family and friends in attendance.

The couple, who've been together for about a year, announced their engagement just last month.

No word on where the couple plans to spend their honeymoon.

Life&Style magazine reports the super-talented singer/actress is engaged to fellow singer Ryan Adams.

"She is so excited about their engagement but admits it's been a whirlwind. She's really happy," the mag quotes a friend.

Mandy and Ryan have been on-again/off-again for a couple of years, (she's also been linked to DJ AM and Zach Braff) but it looks like this time it's for good!!!

The Saved! starlet was spotted at a Skin Care Clinic on Robertson Blvd. Tuesday afternoon for... well... who knows!

But seriously, what happened to Mandy Moore? We loved her in A Walk to Remember, we loved her in Saved! - heck, we even loved her in American Dreamz! Now, I dunno. She's still super-cute, but can she really be forgiven for making Because I Said So and License to Wed?

Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams have split, a rep for the rocker confirms to OK! Magazine.

Adams told the magazine,

"Mandy is one of those genuinely sweet angelic people you wish to meet your whole life. I am grateful for our friendship and how it allowed us both to grow and learn more."

He could have left it at that, but instead, Adams rambled on:

"Unfortunately I am allergic to paparazzi and have found the best antidote to that sort of nonsense is staying behind the guitar and typewriter, staying close to my support group of friends and band mates and not engaging in activities that prevent me from taking care of myself or others. I found the entire speculation and subsequent photographs and intrusions terrifying and only wish to live as normal a life as possible, so that I might always remain punk as f*ck AND sober. Also, I just want to jam. Plus I like metal A LOT."

Uhh, was that last statement necessary? We're not entirely convinced that he's sober, and though he is a douchebag, he's certainly not punk! What does any of that have to do with the breakup? Sounds like someone wanted a little space to self promote and whine about how hard his life is!
