Designer Marc Jacobs continued his fabulous (and shirtless!) vacation in St. Barth with ex fiance Lorenzo Martone.

With all those unique tats, there's no mistaken Mr. Jacob's body. And check out his M&M towel. Who knew the chocolate iconic candy could be so fashionable?

By the looks of it, these two former lovebirds are enjoying each other's company. They're both sexy ... and they know it!

Yowza! Marc Jacobs is definitely easy on the eyes.

The mega-successful 48-year-old designer flaunted his tight and sexy body while on the beach in St. Barths with ex boyfriend Lorenzo Martone.

Martone recently opened up to Dirty magazine about monogamy. He told the mag:

“I do [believe monogamy is possible]. However my longest relationship was only 2 and a half years. A lot of couples I know that have been together for 15 or 20 years have healthy open relationships. I often wonder if that influences a relationship’s longevity."

Although Martone and Jacobs ended their relationship in April 2010, seems like they're still BFFs.

Marc Jacobs recently called it quits with his long term boyfriend-turned-fiance Lorenzo Martone, but after only two months, Martone is moving on -- with 'N Syncer Lance Bass!

The two apparently met while Martone was still with Jacobs -- but according to the NY Daily News they didn't *officially* hook up until Marc and Lorenzo were dunzo.

The two were first spotted gettin' flirty at The Soho house in NYC on June 6th, but since then, they've been out on several dates in the city says a source!

But before you think this may lead to something serious, not so, says a Lance pal.

"Lorenzo is trying to make it more than it is," and Lance is just "not that interested." Plus, Lance, who's 31, prefers to get with guys who are "younger and prettier" than the 31-year-old Martone.

Lorenzo, tweeted, “thanks for t notes. yes, I saw t press today. We are not together, haven’t been in 2 months. And we will not comment on it. Sorry. We r fine”
