Designer Marc Jacobs Flaunts His Sexy Bod With Ex Boyfriend

Yowza! Marc Jacobs is definitely easy on the eyes.
The mega-successful 48-year-old designer flaunted his tight and sexy body while on the beach in St. Barths with ex boyfriend Lorenzo Martone.
Martone recently opened up to Dirty magazine about monogamy. He told the mag:
- “I do [believe monogamy is possible]. However my longest relationship was only 2 and a half years. A lot of couples I know that have been together for 15 or 20 years have healthy open relationships. I often wonder if that influences a relationship’s longevity."
Although Martone and Jacobs ended their relationship in April 2010, seems like they're still BFFs.
