Marc Jacobs and his super hunky fiance Lorenzo Martone soaked up the sun on Christmas Eve, and while I don't know about using Louis Vuitton scarves as beach towels, I'm definitely digging those super sexy speedos!

I mean, really! Marc Jacobs is talented, looks fab and has a suave looking hottie on his arm... but he needs to put on some damn pants!

The designer attended the ACE Awards last night at Cipriani in New York with these two, uh, fashionistas:

And not only did Rachel Zoe and her hubby show up to the Hiro Ballroom last night, Lady GaGa performed! So hot right now.

You think it's tough getting an invite to a Marc Jacobs fashion show - try getting an invitation to his wedding!!!

The ceremony is so exclusive, the Louis Vuitton designer has approved a guest list of ZERO to witness him exchange vows with longtime boyfriend Lorenzo Martone in Provincetown, Mass. That's right - no guest are invited!

While the wedding maybe a private affair, PageSix says a huge after-party is planned. But, unless you're an A-list fashionista or Hollywood celeb, it's probably going to be pretty tough to get into that event too!

It's official - fashion designer Marc Jacobs is engaged to his b/f Lorenzo Martone reports WWD...

Congrats to the happy couple! No wedding date is set as of yet.

Last time we spotted the two hunks together was back in December on the beach in St. Barth when they were, uh, making out in front of Daniel Craig! Whatevs, they're hot. Deal!

And then who do they go swimming with?

Daniel Craig!

When you're rich and fabulous (not to mention famous), I guess you're bound to run into other rich and fabulous, especially on the elite island of St. Barth!

And although the hottest thing on the beach is James Bond, Marc Jacobs and his boyfriend thought they were on fire, because they assumed all the photographers were there to take THEIR pix (and not the shirtless Daniel Craig), even waving to the lensmen who were trying to snap the hottie in hot pants.

An X17 source on St. Barth says Daniel, despite arousing a lot of excitement in his hot pants, was pretty polite and quiet (aka boring.)

Says the spy:

"In general, Craig was quiet and very un-celeb-like. Seems like a dull guy.

Jacobs, on the other hand, was euro-kissing all the gays on the beach and walking hand-in-hand down the beach w/his b-friend and seemed to be having a great time. He was tanned and toned and happy."

Apparently, the models who've signed on to walk the Marc Jacobs New York show are pissed -- According to the NY Post, models will now have to sign releases before they can appear on the catwalk because Marc's hired Hills star Lauren Conrad to work on his show! Whatever could they be pissed about? It's not like there's anything they wouldn't want seen going on behind the scenes!

Anyway, we can't wait for the "very special Hills episode" where Lauren and the designer become BFFs...then quickly have a falling out when Lauren spots Marc coming onto her ex, Jason Wahler at Fashion Week party. Things go from bad to worse when, just to spite her, Marc agrees to design Heidi's wedding gown for her fake marriage to Spencer and hires Whitney as his design assistant!
