Mariah Carey Helps Hubby Nick Cannon Ring In His 30th Birthday

Mariah Carey was surrounded by handlers as she left Club Lavo last night in New York, after celebrating hubby Nick Cannon's 30th birthday. Was she trying to hide that rumored baby bump or was she just afraid of taking another tumble?
Mariah, who at 40 is ten years older than her man, recently had a scary spill in Singapore while performing onstage. But despite the slip, we doubt she'll be retiring those heels anytime soon -- probably not even when she's 8 months preggers!
When will she finally admit the happy news?
