Report: Mariah Carey Expecting Twins

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are getting ready to expand their family ... times two! The songbird and her hubby are pregnant with twins, according to Star.
After trying to keep her pregnancy a secret for months (we SO knew she was pregnant!), Ms. Carey was not-so-careful with her secrets while promoting the holiday album, Merry Christmas II You.
When asked about giving birth so close to the holidays, Mariah told Radio Disney's Ernie D. during an interview:
- "I just hope that they don't turn out hating Christmas!"
Oopsie! So much for keeping the secret on the down low. Twins can be so expensive. We hope she and Nick can swing it!

Until Ms. Carey announces HERSELF she is having twins, I will assume she is having one baby. Where she said "they" could just be a way of not admitting what sex the baby is.
uhh "they" can mean one person.. easier than saying "she or he"..
you just want to be the first to speculate she's having twins then IF we find out she IS having twins.. you were right all along. we all know how it works. speculate with no evidence then say you reported the FACT first. pfffft.

You got she's having twins from THAT?! Didn't you pay attention in English class, that doesn't necessarily mean she's having more than one, merely that she doesn't wish to call the baby 'it', 'him' or 'her'?!
