Newlyweds Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have every reason to be grinning from ear to ear, but didn't they look particularly glowing last night at Nobu?
Yeah, yeah, we know, every time a celebrity gains a little boobage, we think they're preggers, but hey, last time we were right!
Let's look at the evidence:
1) Mariah's puppies look a bit bigger than usual.
2) Nick's being more precious than usual with his wifey, carefully guiding her through the crowd.
3) There's definitely something in the water here in Hollywood!

If anything, Mariah looks thinner than usual. She looks great here, she looks like how did way back in 1997 before she started doing the whole self-tanner thing.
