Mario Cougar-Hunting at the Ivy?

We spotted Mario Lopez at the Ivy last night, on a "first date" with a much older woman - Lesley Panettiere (Hayden's mom)! But it turned out that Mario was just joking - Lesley's son AND her husband were both at the dinner party. There was one person who was noticeably absent - girlfriend Karina Smirnoff. "Working" according to Mario, but we haven't seen these two together in a while.
Is there trouble on the dance floor?
