The hunt continues! We spotted Mario Lopez leaving Dolce after another date with Lesley Panettiere - his second in two days! But before you get too carried away your Cougar fantasies, we should mention that, once again, Lesley's family was with her! Is she pulling an Angelina and trying to adopt him or something? Or maybe Mario's working on a project with Hayden's younger brother?
