I guess Marion Cotillard has a special announcement to make -- not only is she a bankable Oscar winning actress with a gorgeous face, but she's got boobs too!
The brunette beauty was spotted at the premiere of Les Petits Mouchoirs (Little White Lies) in Paris, France, and we're not sure what the secret was behind her cleavage, but we're amazed that dress is staying up!

Im hoping (guessing) this was a stylist or PR person's idea. She is one of the few who truly are highly talented and doesnt need to pull of this kind of wardrobe "look at me!" stunt to get attention. Oh well, maybe she was bored and felt like raising a few eyebrows! Still love her.

As a French person, I dont agree with the translation of the movie title... "Mouchoirs" meaning "tissues/handkerchiefs", why translate it to "lies" (which would be "mensonges" in French) ? Or is it that the movie will be aired in the US and the title has been adaptated ? (because "mouchoir" only means 1 thing and I don't think "lie" means anything else than "not telling the truth", right ?)
