These lovebirds just found an amazing nest!

Mary-Kate Olsen's boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy just snapped up a stunning $6.5 million NYC townhouse in the East Village, and rumor has it he intends on sharing the historic pad with his famous girlfriend!

The pair reportedly like the space because, at 146-years-old, it has lots of character and old world charm. The home was built the same year Lincoln took office! The place is five stories and located in St. Mark's District.

Boasting an impressive 4,200 square-feet, the house comes complete with nine fireplaces, a Juliet balcony, and a spacious rear garden. Sarkozy is said to have paid the full asking price.

The only stipulation to owning the historic property? They are allowed to decorate however they want inside, but the outside of the house must remain in tact.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen walked the red carpet together for the Fresh Air Fund Salute to American Heroes on Thursday in NYC, and although we usually can't tell the difference between the twins, this time they made it easy on us and rocked their signature styles!

Ashley, who goes for a more conservative and classic look, wore a white sheath dress from her own line, The Row, paired with Manolo Blahnik sling backs. Mary-Kate, on the other hand, has eclectic boho style that she showed off in a dress, also by The Row, with colored Fendi peep toes.

Something about these pint size fashion designers drives the men wild! MK is enjoying a brand new romance with Olivier Sarkosy, the half brother of French president Nicolas Sarkozy. Oh la la!

Ash, on the other hand, hasn't been spotted with a man for a while, but we're still curious about those Johnny Depp hookup rumors. Where there's smoke, there is usually fire!

Mary-Kate Olsen left her Soho apartment in NYC on Wednesday in an outfit that is bound to anger PETA, the animal right's group that has been outspoken in their disappointment with celebs who wear fur.

The 25-year-old Elizabeth & James designer didn't seem concerned about potential criticism, stepping out in a fuzzy black leather jacket and carrying what appears to be a green fur trimmed blazer.

This pint size princess really loves her pelts! We just hope they are faux!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen cover Vogue magazine's Best Dressed Special Edition, and the twins were voted the most stylish sisters of the year.

Vogue also included Kate and Pippa Middleton, Beyonce and Solange Knowles and the Fanning sisters in this issue, so not only is there plenty of couture to feast your eyes on, but there's also a splash of sibling rivalry!

Editor Mark Holgate told Reuters, “They get it right a lot of the time and then sometimes they don't get it right. That's actually great ... They don't have someone telling them, 'This is cool, this is hot, this is what you should be wearing.' It comes from within them. It's instinctual.” It certainly is!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen hung out with sister Lizzie to celebrate her Nylon Magazine cover at a private dinner at Sons of Essex hosted by A/X Armani Exchange.

Lizzie is featured on Nylon's October "It Girl" issue. As a gift, the eldest Olsen girl was given a A|XX 20th Anniversary Limited Edition Chrono Watch. Oh, the perks of being a cover girl!

Olsen tells the mag:

"I have to attribute the way I have always looked at [work] to my father, because he was a really good influence on us.  It was always very important to him that his daughters be financially independent.  He wanted us to know that we could take care of ourselves, because he never liked the idea of us needing a man."

She adds, "Witnessing how my sisters can take care of themselves financially was a great model to have.  I consider myself lucky to have such a normal family."

The fashion designer/actress held on tight to a cigarette as she got into the back of an SUV Tuesday night. Mary-Kate, 25, had just snuck out the back door of one of her fave hot spots -- Madeo in West Hollywood -- but she didn't go unnoticed.

Mary-Kate was just on the East Coast last week to celebrate Fashion Week in New York City. According to Us Weekly, the former Full House star did everything she could to avoid Lindsay Lohan at last Wednesday's V Magazine party at the Boom Boom Room. After Lilo was sat at Olsen's table, MK went as far as asking the hostess to sit her at another table ... but none were available!

Ouch!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, 25, are getting their charity fix -- the two fashion designers partnered their line, The Row, with TOMS shoes to do a shoe drop in Honduras.

On the drop, Mary-Kate and Ashley personally distributed free shoes to children. The twins are seen smiling in the video -- a rarity for them! Says Mary-Kate of the trip:

"This taught me about myself … how I can be more affectionate and loving."

Twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen haven't been together on TV in years, but they're taking to YouTube in joint ads for their new website, StyleMint.

The 25-year-old sisters are running a competition to win T-shirts on the site, which advertises that customers can "get styled with exclusively designed T-shirts by Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen."

Mary-Kate and Ash are taking this site seriously -- even if it is just T-shirts! "It took us a year-and-a-half to make the first T-shirt," Mary-Kate said.
