Mary-Kate Olsen handled her new $4000 shoulder bag from her fashion line (with sis Ashley), The Row on Friday. Interestingly enough, the fashion maven paired the pricey bag with a classic striped French sailor shirt, jeans, Birkenstock sandals and wet hair!

The ladies' new line of purses range from about $2500 to a $39,000 ostrich leather backpack. MK may carry her red bag to the market but we doubt we'll see many NYU students in her 'hood porting a $40K backpack to class!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen stepped out in flats for a shopping spree in Paris over the holiday weekend.

Leaving the Hotel Costes, which, incidentally, is where Beyonce and Jay-Z are staying, the girls were dressed in typical boho Olsen twin fashion, wearing matching Celine jackets.

But while Ashley carried a nice, shiny and new Chanel bag, MK is still rocking her beat-up vintage Birkin.

The girls recently announced a couple of new ventures. They'll be designing a new line of prescription glasses under their Elizabeth and James label and they'll also be launching a new fashion website, StyleMint, which is like a "wine of the month" club, except with tees designed by Ashley and Mary-Kate!

Mary-Kate Olsen dined at Madeo last night, and the pint-sized fashionista created quite a stir when she left the trendy WeHo eatery. MK tried to cover up her face on the way out, but she ended up causing photographers to scatter and shoot her from a dozen different angles. Since Madeo is known to be a paparazzi friendly hotspot, why on earth would she choose to dine there if she didn't want her picture taken?

The Olsen twins are reaching for the stars on their stilts!

Mary-Kate and Ashley are featured in the April issue of Vogue and dish to the fashion mag about their clothing label The Row.

The 5'1" sisters name Lauren Hutton as an inspiration and describe the line as "classicist, no-bother stuff."

Ashley explains that "each of the looks we’ve shown for fall was designed top to toe," and Mary-Kate adds that they've had a collection with Walmart at 12-years-old "and we were really designing it. It was really fashion-forward."

The twins' company Dualstar has retail sales of $1 billion, and the girls' clothing lines consist of The Row, Elizabeth and James and Olsenboye.

And what about their future? "I want to run a studio," says Ash. And Mary-Kate declares, "The thing about us is we think big. Huge."

Ashley's French bulldog must be scared to get too close to Mary-Kate -- she's got one fur on her back and another in her arms, he probably doesn't want to be next!

The sisters arrived at LAX last night after previewing their 2011 fall/winter collection for The Row in New York earlier this week.

The line, not surprisingly, has plenty of fur, and was apparently inspired by the films, The Triplets of Belleville and The Fantastic Mr. Fox.

But the ladies also debuted a collaboration with Tom's Shoes, which gives away a pair of shoes to a child in need for each pair sold.

Mary-Kate Olsen grabbed a coffee and lugged her baggage around SoHo yesterday, and we adore the pint sized fashionista, but she looks like she's about to be swallowed whole by this gorilla-esque coat!

The Olsen twins are in the City of Lights for Paris Fashion Week, where they debuted their Spring 2011 collection of their high end brand, The Row.

The duo isn't seen out and about together all that often now, and may even be spotted as a matching pair less if Ashley's boyfriend has his way.

Rumor has it that actor Justin Bartha is dying to make an honest woman out of Ash. Justin "is in love and is just waiting for the right time," a source tells Us. But that right time has apparently come and gone several times. He's popped the question in the past -- and "and she said no!"

Although even if she does get married, we're sure part of her heart (and most of her fashion sense!) will always remain with Mary-Kate!
