Mary-Kate Had "Nothing To Do" With Heath's Death, Laywer Claims

After news broke yesterday that Mary-Kate Olsen had been reluctant to speak with DEA officials until they granted her immunity, many assumed that the pint-sized actress had something to hide.
However, her attorney, Michael Miller, has hit out at suggestions that Mary-Kate may have had something to do with the unprescribed Oxycontin found in Heath's system.
"Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them", said Miller in a statement. He went on to say, "regarding the government's investigation, at Ms. Olsen's request, we have provided the government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger's death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed."
I guess we won't really know what the feds want from Mary-Kate until they either grant her immunity or serve her with a subpoena!
We hope they can clear this up soon, Heath's death was such a tragedy and his family deserves to know the truth.

my theory: m-k and heath were together when he overdosed, massuse found him dead, automatically rung m-k in shock, then realised she should of rung emergency services first. now m-k wants immunity because she had nothing whatsoever to do with his death (she was in L.A at the time) and i dont think there is nothing wrong with her wanting immunity tbh.

Actions speak louder than words... we hear MK feels sooooo guilty about Heaths death and cannot get over it. She then hires a lawyer and won't talk without immunity....and the moron defense lawyer claims no guilt on her part? hilarious!!!!
Then why does she need immunity? From what, pray tell? All of Hollyweird is on drugs. We watch entertainment from the drug addled brains of The Weirdo people.
No wonder there is a disconnect.
The reason she sent her bodyguards to clean up the mess was because (MAYBE..) her fingerprints were all over the meds.. so they tidied up.. and made sure there was no trace of her DNA there.. I bet he got the meds from her (NOT SAYING SO.. just speculating) and instead of calling 911.. she called a bunch of goons to asses the situation.. little troll... gave him the meds... (just guessing here ofcourse.. LOL)

I can understand communicating through an attorney. There's nothing wrong with that, that's just being prudent. Especially given that we have a dead body involved. But asking for immunity, THAT denfinatly has a sinsiter ring to it. And considering the first phone call WASN'T to 911, yeah that really makes it look like you have something to hide.
