His name is Hayden Slater. He used to attend NYU with MK. Ironically, they became friends because he is/was friends with MK's ex David Katzenberg. The two have been friends since late 2004, they regularly hang around with each other but they are not an item. This rumour was going around before. Just cause she goes to a Lakers game with him doesn't make them boyfriend and girlfriend. They also attend one back in 2005/2006, and they most certainly were not dating then either.
