Matthew Fox was charged Wednesday with two misdemeanors, driving under the influence and driving without a license, after he was pulled over and arrested last week at around 2:30 a.m. in his home state of Oregon.
The Lost star was stopped on May 4 for failing to drive within a lane and failing to use his turn signal, and the officer who stopped him determined that the star was driving under the influence, according to the Bend, Ore., Police Department.

Matthew Fox looked a little lost on Saturday.
The actor was accused of assaulting a female bus driver in Cleveland, OH. He was reportedly detained by police after he tried to get onto a party bus that he wasn't a part of or asked to board.
After the bus driver, Heather Bormann, tried to stop a reportedly intoxicated Fox from getting on the bus, he hit her. Bormann then punched back in self-defense, socking him square "in the mouth...causing a cut on the lip," according to the police report.
Fox was handcuffed and detained but not arrested. A rep for the Cleveland police department tells X17, "This is a misdemeanor crime. The victim has to follow up on it.â€
