Matthew Fox Facing Assault Charges

Matthew Fox has been officially charged with assault stemming from a fight between the actor and a Cleveland bus driver.
Bus driver Heather Borman, who has filed assault charges against Fox, claims the Lost actor punched her while trying to get onto her private bus in Ohio after she repeatedly told him to get off.
Fox was arrested at the scene and taken into custody. The incident took place just after midnight on Sunday.
Borman told Cleveland.com:
- "He smelled like a liquor cabinet, like a bar. I told him, 'Sorry, buddy, this is a private party. You get off my vehicle.' I told him three times."
Fox's rep has yet to issue a statement.
Borman has numerous photos of her bruised arms. Are you surprised Fox was involved in this type of altercation?
