The movie tells of a heterosexual Texas electrician who was diagnosed with AIDS in 1986; doctors gave him just a few months to live but he refused to accept their prognosis. Instead, Woodroof started an underground alternative treatment operation through which he smuggled illegal medicine to as many AIDS patients as he could. He ended up living six more years and prolonged the lives of countless others.

Whew! Pretty heavy, but pretty awesome -- can't wait to see this film!

Meanwhile, Matthew, 42, has got a third baby on the way and while wife Camila Alves gains weight in her baby bump, MM's got to avert his eyes while she's eating. He told reporters of his weight loss plan: "I am drinking a lot of tea. It takes a while for your body to understand that it has to feed off of itself and that you’re not going to give it something else from the outside."

Enhancing her barely there baby bump in a body-hugging Herve Leger dress, Camila Alves had that pregnancy glow as she posed on the red carpet with hubby Matthew McConaughey at the Cinema Society screening of Killer Joe, held at the Tribeca Grand Hotel in NYC, on Monday evening.

The newlyweds tied the knot during a three-day outdoor celebration at their Austin, Texas ranch last month, and they announced Alves was expecting baby No. 3 shortly after the nuptials.

McConaughey's latest flick, Killer Joe, centers on a West Dallas detective who operates a lucrative sideline as a hitman-for-hire, and costars Gina Gershon, who also looked drop-dead gorgeous in a sexy green dress at the screening. She hasn't aged a bit!

They just tied the knot a few short weeks ago, but now Matthew McConaughey and his wife, Camila Alves are expecting baby No. 3!

The Magic Mike star shared the happy news via Twitter on Independence Day, revealing:

"Happy birthday America, more good news. Camila and I are expecting our 3rd child, God bless, just keep livin."

The newlyweds already have two children together, Levi, 3, and Vida, 2, who acted as a ring bearer and flower girl during the June 10 nuptials at the couple's ranch in Austin, Texas.

Matthew McConaughey strolled through NYC today, and the newlywed actor was nice enough to stop when a random fan approached him to sign an autograph. The hunky Texan showed off his new wedding band on his jaunt through the city, and it's a good thing he's taken... we have a feeling girls are going to be drooling after his film Magic Mike hits theaters this weekend!

Life is good for the 42-year-old actor these days. He recently sat down with now ousted host Ann Curry on Today, and revealed, " [My life] is healthy. Personal life is good, career feels good... and we'll just keep on cultivating."

Married life seems to suit Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves just perfectly.

The grinning Magic Mike star, proudly displaying his wedding band, left the gym in a black track suit and walked back to his NYC hotel. Not far behind, Camila walked the city streets with their beautiful children, Levi and Vida.

McConaughey and his longtime love got married three weeks ago at a ceremony in Texas. We love that his wedding band was engraved with the numbers 6.22 ... which happens to be the actor's favorite bible passage from the book of Matthew.

The Magic Mike star recently tied the knot with long-time girlfriend and baby mama Camila Alves at his ranch in Austin, Texas, and the actor confessed that he shed a few tears during the ceremony, telling Access Hollywood: “I was not nervous… There was no regret… I got up there and I walked out and I was still just fine and then we had that long, like 30, 40 second pause before she came out. As soon as my head came down, the music cued and she walked in and I lost it. It was beautiful.”

In other news, the sexy southern star shared a pic with his Magic Mike costar Channing Tatum this week, along with the caption: "First time I made money at a junket. @channingtatum and #mcconaughey... makin money #magicmike."
