Kate And Lance Visiting Matthew, Camila And Levi!

Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong just arrived at the UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica to visit pals Matthew, Camila, and newborn baby Levi!
Lance and Matthew are good buddies, and we're sure Kate and Camila get along well, so perhaps there will be some playdates in the future? After all, between the two couples, there is a total of five kids!
