Those paparazzi make threats to people on the beach, threats of slashing throats with knives, coming back with a "posse" to "show" them.
Seems as if the paparazzi have decided the entire coast is a business for them and no one else can exist because they might ruin a good shot by being in the way of that money shot.
Paps need to be run out, they are more of an organized criminal element profiting from the public resources and ignoring laws.
