Matthew McConaughey Keeps His Priorities Straight

Y'know, I'm always bitching and moaning to my friends about how infuriatingly predictable Matthew McConaughey always is (for God's sake, how many times can one man run on the beach without a shirt?), but you can't fault his commitment. Take these pictures, for example - even when he's got a dog sick enough to warrant a trip to the Malibu animal hospital, Matt stays dressed to hit the beach at a moment's notice!
