Matthew's Movin' On Up

You can take the boy out of the country, but apparently you can't take the country out of the boy! It seems that Matthew McConaughey's upgraded from a trailer to a double-wide, although that's nowhere near as hillbilly a move as it sounds - Matthew's new homestead is actually located practically in the same neighborhood as Barbara Streisand's (non-prefab) home! And, luckily for Matthew's fans, it's also located right on the beach - which means that the chances of the movie star abandoning his daily shirtless jogging routine are slim to none!

It's still kinda funny to think about, but mobile homes are actually really big in the design community right now, with advocates citing extensive environmental benefits among other advantages. Plus, if your neighbors start to suck, you can just pick up and move away!

Matthew did not grow up in the country. Longview had about 75,000 when he graduated. And no, he did not grow up in a double wide!

The place is called Paradise Cove and yes the basic 70's double wide are 1mil easy but redone go for 3 to 4mil! Great surf spot called PCP!

My goodness... I've never been more bored in life looking at pictures of this guy running without a shirt off every week. Is it really interesting to watch someone work out every day? Is he really even that good looking? He's sweaty, doesn't wear deodorant, never cuts (or brushes) his hair and looks like a beach bum. That is not attractive and extremely boring!

Hey Matt you look great. I love the workout pics. Like you I workout like crazy and I physically and mentally feel umbelievable like I'm sure you do. I unfortunatelly don't live in California, I'm in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico on the beach (like you ) in Florida. If I was your neighbor we certainly would be workout buddies,but like you I do it every day by myself, better this way since is hard to find someone that can run like us and or stick to the weight lifting.
