I know, I know, an eco-friendly shopping center anchored by the chic alice + olivia store , is pretty cool, but the name just sounds weird! A bunch of other celebs also attended, including Eliza Dushku, Mena Suvari and Jeremy Piven. So sexy.

to the above poster claiming she is ugly...she's nowhere near as ugly as that shopping center that was built or the patrons who are expected to support it. McConahuey didn't just attend the opening, from the PR boards behind him it appears he financially got into the bed with this crew. His company is JK livin and is promoted equally with the shopping center.

Obviously, he's involved somehow...maybe just sponsoring but I doubt it. I don't see what's wrong with him expanding his enterprise. And the name is because it's built where the old Malibu lumber yard was - so it kind of makes sense.
Rande Gerber (aka Mr. Cindy Crawford) will also have a Cuban-style restaurant in this mall.
