Some Things Never Change

We snapped Meg Ryan on a stroll in Manhattan yesterday, and we can't help but notice that she really hasn't changed much over the years. She's 46, but she has the face and body of someone in their early thirties. We'll have what she's having!
Do you think it's good genes or a little nip and tuck? Or perhaps a combination of both?

She's white which is good but old which is bad. I wouldn't do her.
She looks good except for those godawful lips. Couldn't they make them more realistic?
Are you kidding? Her face is so full of Botox, silicone injections and facial implants, it wont move! The only thing that has not changed is her frumpy mop of a hairdo!
i think she looks like 46... not to be rude, just facts
Before she had a tune-up she had no upper lip, which actually looked OK for the most part. Now she has artifically pumped upper lip that looks like a horizontal sausage. IMO she should let the stuff dissapate in her upper lip and not have it redone again, would look more natural.
Its called SEX!

Her lips have been big for at least a decade. I don't get the obsession people have with it.

I guess what Anon means is: is it necessary to constantly be commenting about it as if there is nothing else to talk about. And I agree with Anon. Their too big. So what. It's her life. Move on.
Love her....she does looks great, however....I LOVED her with SHORT hair ....hope she gets that long hair cut....it is dragging her down a wee bit!

She looks awful! Her plumped up forehead protrudes over the top of her glasses and her lips look like they're trying to escape. She actually could be mistaken for a 60 year old in that photo. And she has Madonna arms.
