What's Going On With Megan's Mouth?

Yesterday Megan Fox headed to the salon after attending a meeting, but we're wondering if she had a different sort of appointment beforehand. Or maybe she had an allergic reaction to some lip gloss? Megan couldn't seem to keep her hands away from her pretty pout, and when we did get a glimpse of her mouth, it looked a little bit fuller than usual...
Think she spent some of her Transformers cash on a little collagen? Or is she simply pouting for the cameras?
I mean, they do look different, right?
