The Transformers hottie made an effort to hide her lips as she made her way to lunch, after stopping by a medical building in Beverly Hills, on Tuesday.
Fox has repeatedly denied that she's had plastic surgery or received any injections, even posting several Twitpics of her "unaltered" face on Twitter to prove she's all natural, but the actress does admit she still gets a little self-conscience about her looks.
Megan recently confessed: "I hate doing the red carpets. It's all about what you're wearing and how you look, and I don't know anyone who's super comfortable and confident in doing that. I mean I do know a few people, but it's not the norm."
Fox's next film, Sacha Baron Cohen's The Dictator, centers on a dictator who risks his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed, according to IMDB. The flick hits theaters May 11, 2012.
