Megan continues to transform her look into that of a 45-year-old botoxed beauty trying to look 24 again (rather than appearing her actual age of 24) by debuting a disturbingly pulled-back face at the premiere of her new film, Jonah Hex.
I guess she and Heidi Montag share a plastic surgeon.
