Who wore the better dress? Definitely Angelina. Megan is definitely hot enough to wear that dress, but it looks like a night gown out of Frederick's of Hollywood, not something you should wear on the red carpet. Too much skin, in my opinion. Perhaps it would've been closer to a tie had Megan's dress not had the tummy cut out portion. Both look gorgeous, but Megan is definitely pushing the tramp factor in that dress.
