Will Megan Fox Be The Next 'Buffy'?

Rumors are swirling that producers of the upcoming Buffy The Vampire Slayer film want Megan Fox to sink her teeth into the role of Buffy.
But as of right now, the rumors are just that: rumors. Even the producers of the new film say they don't know if Megan is interested in the role.

I agree with many of the previous comments, that Buffy will always be synonymous with Sarah Michelle Gellar! The people behind the new " Buffy " movie cannot possibly go forward w/o involving Josh Whedon, or even SMG! These are the ppl that made Buffy as popular as it is now! SMG isn't too old to play Buffy now, she's only what 30/31 yrs old?!! She definitely still tackle the role! I am sure this movie will be met with a lot of backlash once it's made w/o any involvement from the show's creators/stars!
