Say hello to baby Madison!

Mel B. couldn't be more thrilled to introduce her new baby girl to the world.

The former Spice Girl, who gave birth to her daughter September 1, told Hello! magazine that the third time really was the charm. In addition to Madison, Mel B. has two older daughters from pervious relationships -- Phoenix, 12, with first husband Jimmy Gulzar and Angel, 4, with ex Eddie Murphy.

Unlike those relationships -- she calls her marriage to Gulzar "rocky" and says her relationship with Murphy "was over halfway through the pregnancy" -- her union with hubby Stephen Belafonte has been ideal. Mel, 36, told the mag:

"Ideally you want to have your loving partner who you've created this baby with by your side throughout everything, and in Angel and Phoenix's cases, that wasn't the set up ... This time I've done it with my partner -- someone to come to every prenatal appointment with me, to get excited by every scan -- and it feels like I've finally done it right."

So what does Mel think of two-week-old Madison? “She is so gorgeous and such a chilled baby,” the reality star says.
