Mel Gibson hit up Vitamin Barn in Malibu on Thursday, and apparently he stocked up on happy pills!
Either that or he was really excited to see our photog! The actor looked forlorn at first but left with a smile on his face. But as he left the store in his Smartcar, he was caught smoking on a cig. That might counteract those vitamins!
Mel does have a few things to be pleased about -- his case with ex Oksana Grigorieva is finally settled, and he's got three movies in the works.
