Michael Douglas Gets Violent After Photographer "Punches" Wife Catherine Zeta-Jones

Michael Douglas and wife Catherine Zeta-Jones were spotted arriving back at their London hotel last night, and as the couple made their way through the entrance, Zeta-Jones freaked out when a photographer allegedly struck her.
Zeta-Jones waited in the lobby and yelled, "I want a police officer right now. He punched me!" and Douglas, who is still recovering from cancer, got very aggressive with the photographer in question. Entertainment Tonight has the video of the actor grabbing the lensman and yelling obscenities, and it all happened so fast, we had to watch the video a few times to see what happened!
The couple were in England to receive an award for Zeta-Jones' charity work, and Douglas' rep tells ET, "You saw it for yourself. Otherwise, the trip and the ceremony were fabulous and such a joy for everyone."

I don't think they overreacted at all! I'm wondering why someone didn't grab the guy, or call the police? For the record, I doubt Michael was in any condition to get the guy. I imagine he's still very weak from the treatments. People wonder why celebs want a distance between them and the paps. Well, this is a very good example. Also the reason celebs carry their kids 'til they're 18 (kidding). Catherine should've hauled and punched the guy back. I sure would have! lol

No matter what their status as celebrities, neither deserves to be taunted and/or attacked by the press just for a little photo session extra. The paparazzi are more than relentless. They're antagonistic. Should stars keep their cool? Undoubtedly - yes. Should the press be more mindful of the fact that life in a bubble can be exhausting and destructive. Yes. So, who won this one. It's a tie. Both the press and the stars behaved badly.
Zeta Jones is a nasty drunk! Ive heard stories from friends of mine who manage her private flights that's she's notorious for arriving drunk, alot! Dou$!@!

Since this couple is usually very friendly when it comes to photographers, I believe her when she says someone punched her. If someone hit my face, even if it didn't leave a bruise, I'd freak out, too. I'm sure these photographers are not exactly classy people.
