Prince and Paris Jackson have literally grown up before our eyes.

Check out Michael's teenage kids grabbing a Frappuccino in Studio City wearing their school uniforms ... and to the right, the siblings are just little toddlers back in 2000 riding around in their dad's limo. So cute!

During this trip to Starbucks, looks as though MJ's kids ditched the large medallions they wore around their necks earlier this week.
