BREAKING NEWS - Dr. Conrad Murray To Face Trial In Death Of Michael Jackson
Posted on Tue Jan 11, 2011 04:18 PM PDT

Judge Michael Pastor ruled Tuesday there is enough evidence to warrant a manslaughter trial for Dr. Conrad Murray and his involvement in the untimely death of Michael Jackson.
Deputy District Attorney David Walgren told the judge in his closing statement:
- "It was not Michael Jackson's time to go. Michael Jackson is not here today because of the negligence and reckless acts of Dr. Murray."
Judge Pastor's ruling follows a six-day preliminary hearing with more than 20 witnesses called to testify. If convicted, Murray could face a maximum of 4 years in prison.
UPDATE: Pastor has also just ordered the suspension of Dr. Conrad Murray's medical license, as part of the condition to Murray's bail in the manslaughter case.
Is 4 years enough prison time for Dr. Murray?

That's fair. He was negligent and reckless. I sure wouldn't want him to be my Dr.
The judge is flesh & blood; he's wrong. It was so Michael's time to go, he had an appointment with God and he was right on time.
He went - It was his time to go. It was dumb of him to say otherwise. I still believe this Doctor is incompetent and should suffer the consequences like everyone else.
Not guilty.
pfffff: JUST LEAVE THE MAN ALONE!!
one thing: Michael Isn't Coming Back, folks!!
Too bad. Michael was a drug addict and his death was his actions not the doctor. Now they took this Doctors way to make a living before he is found guilty so that he can not afford to pay his defense. That's not right. He should be able to work until he's found guilty. This was a prelim not his case and his medical license should not have been taken away.
Everyone has an appointed time to die, be it by natural causes or by the hands of someone else. This Dr.was negligent in his actions, there was malpractice involved and for that he should be punished like anybody else would be.
All that Propofal 4 someone that didn't require it; insanity....
