Conrad Murray Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter
Conrad Murray has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, and the DA has filed docs alleging that the doctor "unlawfully, and without malice, kill[ed] Michael Joseph Jackson ... in the commission of an unlawful act, not a felony; and in the commission of a lawful act which might have produced death, in an unlawful manner, and without due caution and circumspection."
Murray will be arraigned at 1:30pm this afternoon, and he is expected to arrive to court around 1pm to surrender voluntarily and plead not guilty.
If convicted of the charges, Murray faces a maximum sentence of four years in prison.

Our reporters on the scene tell us that the Jackson family arrived at the courthouse just after 12pm PST.

Dr. Murray arrived at the courthouse just before 1pm PST and he is now making his way to the courtroom.
