Court Confirms Appointment Of Independent Attorney To Rep Jackson Children

The LA Superior Court confirmed today that they have appointed an independent counsel to represent Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket in the estate proceedings.
Since Katherine Jackson acts as their legal guardian yet has an interest in her son's estate, representing the children's interest in these matters is a conflict of interest.
Margaret Lodise, Esq., from the law firm Sacks, Glazier, Franklin & Lodise, LLP, has been appointed Guardian Ad Litem for the three minor beneficiaries.
The estate hearings resume August 24.

This is an old woman who has never been anything more than a wife and mother. There is nothing wrong with that, but she allowed her husband to beat her children when they were young and did nothing to stop him. Could it have been the money they were already earning? Her children have supported her from the time they were very young and MJ and Janet are still supporting her at time of MJ's death. She is now concerned about MJ's estate. Why? Maybe she should have shown a bit more concern for MJ's health rather than his money. Was she afraid MJ would cut off her income if she pushed him to hard to stop his drug use? Was everyone else afraid as well to get MJ the kind of help he needed because they were all leeches? Thank goodness the court is looking out for those 3 little kids.

Dad dies, they are whisked off to a place was never checked out by anyone. a house that sounds like a commune running rampant with "cousins", plenty of time to be horribly influenced by all MJ's relatives, (who all stand to benefit from the 3 little cash cows) about "what is best" for them. possibly coerced letters to the court saying that they "want" to live with elderly Granny. abuser Joe Jackson has access to them! they are sequestered behind closed doors so no one really knows what is happening! sadly, it does not sound like the court appointed Guardian Ad Litem will have any power except just their financial interests. :(
