DA Says No Charges Planned For Jackson Doctor

Posted on Wed Aug 19, 2009 11:00 AM PDT

jacksondrDA200.jpgThe Los Angeles District Attorney's Office calls a report saying Michael Jackson's doctor will be charged with manslaughter in the next two weeks "completely and totally false," according to Access Hollywood.

Several media sources had reported charges would be filed against Dr. Conrad Murray for his role in Jackson's death once a final search warrant was executed at a Los Angeles pharmacy.

The reports also said that medical malpractice charges would likely be filed against longtime Jackson dermatologist and friend Dr. Arnold Klein.

While the DA seems to be denying the charges will be filed in the next two weeks, they don't say charges will not be filed at some point in the future. Looks like the doctor isn't off the hook, yet!

Do you think Dr. Murray will be charged with Jackson's death?

Are you hoping Britney Spears guest stars on Modern Family?

Yes! She has a funny personality and would fit in perfectly on the ABC comedy.
No! She would be horrific on the show and would tarnish its reputation.
Don't know! But it would be a great way for the show to get even bigger ratings.
