Dr. Klein Subpoenaed for Michael's Medical Records!

Michael Jackson's dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein was served with a subpoena this afternoon, an official from the L.A. County Coroner has confirmed.
Craig Harvey, Los Angeles County's chief coroner investigator released the following statement: "We are serving a Coroner subpoena at the office of Dr. Klein to obtain medical records. That is all I can comment on." Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter added, "We are continuing our investigation on the death of Michael Jackson. There are rumors that Dr. Klein is not cooperating, that is not true. We are still conducting an investigation and there is a security hold on the case and I can't comment any further."
Klein's attorney told Us Weekly: "Dr. Klein has been and continues to cooperate with the coroners office into the investigation if the death of Michael Jackson. There will be no further comments in Dr. Klein at this time. Also the coroner has indicated to us that Dr. Klein is not under investigation by the coroners office."
So if Dr. Klein is cooperating, why hasn't he already given investigators Jackson's medical records? Doesn't something seem a wee bit suspicious here?

I think the infamous Dr. Klein is more involved in Michael's drug addiction than we realize. He is definately the sperm donor and biological daddy of the two older children. Why else would he attend holiday events at Michael's house as he said himself.
The doctor CAN'T release MJ's medical records, by law, UNLESS there is a court order (subpoenae). Dumb assess.
The Dr. should just give them a picture of himself jerking off. That would fix their investigation. LOL.
