Michael Jackson's Full Coroner's Report Released, Propofol To Blame

The complete Los Angeles County Coroner's report in the death of Michael Jackson has been made public, and it confirms what we already know - that Propofol was to blame for the King of Pop's death.
The report reveals that Propofol and benzodiazepines were given to Jackson before he died from cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009, and there are several other details in the report that will be used against Dr. Conrad Murray in court this afternoon.
Not only was the standard of care for administering Propofol not met, but the report says that the recommended medical equipment for patient monitoring, dosing and resuscitation was not present either. The report added that Propofol was administered in a non-hospital setting without any valid medical reason, which certainly isn't going to help Murray's case today.
Someone's going to jail....or are they?

People who have commented so far are extremely ignorant about the facts surrounding the case, simply lack any sort of analytical ability and/or lack normal human compassion and understanding of MJ's contribution to this world.(1) Get the facts straight. MJ was found NOT guilty of child molestation in 2005. That was a verdict returned by a jury they heard months of testimony. (2)Turn your brain on. MJ was using prescription drugs but he had put himself in the care of a licensed doctor. That doctor had the duty of care to ensure that the patient is given proper medical care and to say "no" when asked to administer a drug which is dangerous to human life. Administering propofol, which is an anesthetic used for surgery purposes, is doing the exact opposite of exercising that duty of care. MJ was not going into surgery afterall. Legally, MJ bears no responsibility for his own death and Murray bears every ounce of responsibility. In reality, he entrusted the wrong doctor and paid for this mistake with his life. MJ has died for his own mistake. For the same justice to prevail, Murray must serve time in jail. (2) Human rights apply to everyone, even those who are addicted to hard-core or prescription drugs. It makes no sense to say that if someone is a drug addict, it is ok for him to be killed. (3) To those who say Who cares. A human being has died! Furthermore, many believe that MJ has made great contributions to the music, dance and art scene, and to those less fortunate than us - look at his humanitarian efforts all over the world - in Africa, the U.S., Bosnia, just to name a few. So in this case, a great human being has died and who cares? You are some pyschopathic heartless person.
Maybe some of you people who don't think Murray is responsible should read the oath of a doctor, then you can come back on here and change your reply. HE IS TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE, DID HE PUT THE NEEDLE IN HIS ARM??? YES, DID HE ADMINISTER THE DRUG THAT KILLED HIM, YES. VERY CLEAR BLACK AND WHITE ANSWER TO THESE QUESTIONS. He took an oath to do what is right for his patients, he did what is wrong. Plain and simple. GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY!!! I hope he brings a soap on a rope when he is imprisoned for his crime cause this man will go to jail. I hope you like the color orange cause your gonna be sportin it for a very long time. MURDERER

I completely agree with every word you said.. It is very sad how cruel people can be. He was a good man.
