Jackson Doc Bought Propofol In Las Vegas

Posted on Fri Aug 14, 2009 08:55 AM PDT

jackopropofol.jpgMichael Jackson's doctor legally purchased the powerful anesthetic that most likely killed the pop singer from a Nevada pharmacy, a law enforcement source has revealed.

Dr. Conrad Murray purchased Propofol from Applied Pharmacy Services on May 12 and it was a dose from that purchase that was given to Jackson on June 25th, the day he died.

DEA agents searched the Las Vegas pharmacy on Tuesday and reportedly took evidence linking Murray to the Propofol. Investigators have also been able to link the Las Vegas purchase to the Propofol found in Jackson's home after his death.

Although investigators believe Propofol was the major factor in MJ's death, there's still the possibility that other drugs contributed to his death.

Dr. Murry has not been charged with any crime.

Do you believe Dr. Murray acted irresponsibly?
