Jackson Investigation Looking At Homicide!

The investigation into Michael Jackson's death could turn into a criminal case, and authorities may be looking at homicide as a cause of death!
CNN reports that Los Angeles detectives are waiting on the coroner's report on the death of the pop icon, but that the Jackson family is well aware of a "potential criminal prosecution."
The comments came on the same day that LA Police Chief William Bratton said detectives were awaiting the coroner's report to decide whether to proceed with the investigation as a homicide or an accidental overdose. Bratton said detectives have spoken to a number of doctors who have treated Jackson over the years and they are looking into the singer's prescription drug history. Bratton said, "We are still awaiting corroboration from the coroner's office as to cause of death. That is going to be very dependent on the toxicology reports that are due to come back. And based on those, we will have an idea of what it is we are dealing [with]: are we dealing with a homicide or are we dealing with accidental overdose?"
Doctors who did not cooperate with investigators were given subpoenas, and if necessary, authorities will issue more. Bratton added that investigators are being assisted by DEA agents and the state attorney general's office on a case that he called "a comprehensive set of inquiries."
Was Michael's death accidental, or was there something fishy going on? Guess we'll find out in the weeks/months to come!

I don't think that anything "fishy" was going on - its possible that the doctor or person who administered the what was to be fatal dose of drugs to MJ- whatever it was - may have been unaware of all of the medication that he previously had taken that day and whatever drug was last administered to him, combined with the others is what killed him- accidentally
HIS death was orchestrated, well planned, thoroughly enjoyed bought and paid for by the victim., who could care less about his family, friends, backers and who takes the final blame.
Exactly 8:00 AM Michael is responsible for his death..he took the drugs ordered
his staff to get it for him..who knows
it could also be suicide.. All he wanted
from the nurse was the deprivan to sleep
HE did not care about his children or how it would affect him time to get the
DRUG ADDICT FOR THE CRIME BEFORE HE DIES
NOT AFTER...
Manslaughter or Negligent Homicide depending on how the statutes read.

In the movie, the character keep going back into the past to see his lover, mainly he tried to prevent her death.
No matter what he did, she always died
at the same exact time, although in different ways; but she always died.
No one is to blame for MJ's death. No one could prevent it from happening. it was his time; let it go !
