Posted on Wed Aug 12, 2009 09:34 AM PDT
TV viewers around the world will get a chance to watch next month's star studded concert tribute to Michael Jackson.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the three-hour concert will be televised from Vienna and could reach an audience of as many as 1 billion people.
Madonna, U2, Lionel Richie and Whitney Houston are among the artists expected to perform on an outdoor stage in front of the historic Schoenbrunn Palace.
The concert was originally expected to take place in London, however Michael's brother Jermaine moved the concert to Vienna. Jermaine explained the move, saying his brother loved the city and "loved castles."
Do you think this will be an appropriate tribute to Michael Jackson?

I wonder if that's why they haven't buried his body yet? One more public display, just for old times sake.

I personally love MJ but I really think it's enough. Let him rest in peace. We know a lot of people admired him but it's time to let it go.
