Jackson's Mother Asks Court For Kids

Katherine Jackson has filed a Petition for Appointment of Guardian of Minors with the Los Angeles Superior Court, X17online has learned.
The petition asks that Katherine be appointed guardian of Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince Michael Jackson, II.
The petition states the children have "no relationship with their biological mother," Debbie Rowe.
No mother is listed for Jackson's youngest son, Prince a.k.a "Blanket."
"Minor children are currently residing with paterna grandmother. They have a long-established relationship with paternal grandmother and are comfortable in her care," the petition says.
UPDATE: The AP reports that the court has granted Katherine temporary guardianship. A hearing to determine whether or not it will become permanent will take place August 3rd.

So sad that they are turning his death into a circus. I hope that the children are happy with their grandmother. I don't thing that Joseph will treat them the way he treated his own kids. I think that they will be happy - I hope.

I hope they can do better with these kids than they did with Michael. The person who k now these kids the best is the NANNY. They should hire the nanny so that the kids can have SOME stability. How much time did the Jackson family spend with these kids? Heck, they didn't even spend much time with Michael.

The grandmother, at 80 years of age, is to old to raise the children. However, with a nanny and Joe, "the monster" out of the house they should be fine. Did notice Katherine filed for guardianship, Joe was not mentioned. Would be best if one of the younger "normal" Jacksons raised them. Still can't understand why Katherine let Joe beat on her kids

I'm so happy that she is trying to get his three children...she loved Michael the most and I know that she loves his children they are so cute all of them...I wish all of them...Katherine...and his three little ones the best...I hope that MRS.JACKSON gets all the things that Michael left her...I truly believe that she deserves it and that HIS father should not get a thing...GOD BLESS YOU KATHERINE.
One of the saddest parts of this whole ordeal is now pictures are released of these poor kids and now they will be hunted down by the media and cause their life even more pain
Ms. Katherine has plenty of her own money, and if she needs help with the children, the other children will help her. She is the guardian to decide for the children. Monster Joe is not running anything. She has 5 sons left to protect her, and she has 3 daughters. Ms. Katherine is a strong, courageous woman, and I think we could learn a lot from her. Sure she made mistakes, but we all have. Have any of us produced sucessful children of the magnitude she has?? Michael knew who was at the helm of his family, the constant, the believer of the Living God. Watch Ms. Katherine, she is going to surprise you!

I don't know how anyuone can look at the recent pics on sky news site of Neverland grounds and those bronze statues of children and not feel sorrow for a childhood lost - poor MJ, how he tried to make up for it and was ripped apart. Shame on all of those that eventually destroyed him.

I believe Mrs. Katherine Jackson is a great grandmother, she loves children and she loves God, but for how long she will be able to take care of children (she's been through the lot in life). Being mum myself with now three growing up children and one little Micheal (Blanket)I would be more then happy to take care of Michael and his siblings, and to give all the love in the world to them ...like their dad Michael(if family wants to keep them together i think its a great idea)...(sadly me and Michael never met to make each other and our kids happy, and have a happy family)!!! Yes, I think Michael's children ought to stay with their grandmother & Jackson family, as well as the Nanny ~ this is the children's family. In this case, the mother is a stranger to them, and giving her custody would divide the children and take them away from the family they know.
I feel Katherine should get all of Michal's kids, not the no good mother. as for Joseph,my dad as the sam way with me, and that was the only way he knew. As my brothers and I became adults he was able to have a relationship with us. He said he didn't know how to be the right kind of father. But I still love him for everything, because he made me who I am. Go bless Michael's family.The kid's deserve a loving family. Which is the Jacksons, not the so called mother. The mother sold those kids for money so why should she want them now? Oh...for the money again. If she wanted to be a part of their lives, why wait til now? she will be one of the most hated women in the world if she makes those kids come to live with her. They don't know her. She's a stranger to them. At least they have Michael's family-the only family they know. They need love to help them heal emotionally not some greedy, fat, white woman.
